First Aid at Work

The FAW is an Ofqual regulated level 3 qualification and is and is awarded through First Aid Awards (FAA). It is a three day course and covers a wide range of injuries and medical condition including:

  • Resuscitation and AED awareness
  • Assessment of the situation
  • Dealing with an unresponsive casualty
  • Bandaging
  • Shock (including Anaphylaxis)
  • Fractures and spinal injuries
  • Heart attacks
  • Choking
  • Control of bleeding
  • Head injuries
  • Eye injuries
  • Poisoning
  • Chest injuries
  • Sprains and strains
  • Burns
  • Asthma
  • Diabetes

On successful completion of the course, students are awarded a certificate that lasts for 3 years. 

Who is it suitable For?

This qualification is suitable for site staff / marshall’s and Airsoft teams who require an in depth and wide ranging  knowledge of First Aid. Anyone over the age of 14 can obtain this qualification, however a person must be at least 16 years of age to undertake the role of First Aider in a workplace.

Price: £120 per person


Airsoft medic provide regulated First Aid training to site staff and team medics. We also provide advanced First Aid training to individuals or teams who wish to further there pre-hospital emergency care skills.
